Jackie joined us in 2018 and holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources. Jackie spent 11 years with Brisbane Isuzu, focusing on recruitment, induction, payroll, and accounting. Jackie has also held a number of administration and accounting-focused roles with other dealerships in South East Queensland, including almost 12 years with Sunco Motors and 2.5 years with Honeycombes. Jackie recruits positions of all levels, but has a particular strength in positions involving heavy vehicles.

We are calling for experienced Administration Officers.

The primary duty of this position is that of the "Deal Processor" however other general administration duties will be required as you work as part of the Central Administration Team.    
  • Ascertain & calculate department profit for sale of vehicles
  • Auditing of contract & claims
  • General Ledger processing
  • Incentive Claim processing & payment reconcilliation
  • Commission calculation
  • Reconciliation of associated accounts
  • End of Month & Year processing
  • General Administration
Prior experience processing deals is preferred however candidates with the skillsets listed below will be considered. You will join an Administration Team supported by employees with many years' experience. Their assistance will allow you to develop your career and expand your knowledge.

  • Accounting experience, reconciliations, accruals, journal processing
  • Ability to audit, assess & ensure all documentation is provided.
  • Be a stickler for completed paperwork.
  • Recognize any oversights and/or errors and rectify.
  • Effective communication with management
  • DMS – Auto IT experience/skills (an advantage)
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel)
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail - essential.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills  
  • Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
