Secure this fantastic opportunity to jump in the thick of Automotive Administration. This dealer is offering an exceptionally good renumeration for this role.
Our client who is based northeast of the Melbourne CBD has been selling and servicing new and used vehicles for over 30 years is looking for a Deal Processor/Admin All Rounder.
A typical dealership structure consisted of Sales, Service & Parts and rely on their Administration team to pull things together from an accounting perspective. The Department has key roles within it - Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Registration/Reception, Stock Control, and the Deal Processor.
If you are in the role, you will understand there is a process to follow and although it can deliver pressure, it is an extremely rewarding position. For many that step into this department they progress into other areas and then potentially more senior roles. To say this could open opportunity is an understatement.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will:
- Experience in Automotive Administration
- Ability to audit, assess & ensure all documentation is provided.
- Be a stickler for completed paperwork.
- Recognize & rectify anomalies.
- ERA/Pentana DMS knowledge
- Microsoft Office (word, excel)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong data entry / computer skills
