Our client is well known and respected in its community and currently has an opening for a New Car Sales Assistant Manager.   

Located in Ryde 13km north-west of Sydney, this role requires you to serve and lead a small team in the New Car Sales Department for one of its major brands that retails around 60-80 units per month.

The role:
  • Implement & maintain regular training & development tools.
  • Ensure sales processes and techniques are maintained.
  • Deliver the highest in customer service skills.
  • Achieve business KPI's and set goals.
Requirements:
  • Current sales licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong desire to serve a professional team.
  • Extensive automotive industry experience in the Sales Department as a New Car Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills..
  • Committed to delivering professional service.
