Are you a high achieving Vehicle Salesperson, ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for someone, ready to step up into the role of Assistant Sales Manager at their family-owned dealership, based in the town of Biloela.

Biloela is a busy commercial and tourist hub, though it still retains that relaxed, country feeling.

In this role, you will still be an active salesperson and building business for the dealerships, but you will also work closely alongside the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal to create a winning team. You will support the sales manager with all day-to-day activities. While offering training and mentoring to the sales staff onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Selling new and used vehicles
  • Gaining business from new and existing customers
  • Meeting key Performance Indicators
  • Understanding customer objectives and buying criteria
  • Ensuring that you provide superior customer service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of all vehicles and products
  • Identifying and exceeding customer’s needs, with in-depth advice and service.
  • Support the Sales Manager in running the department
About the candidate: 
  • Previous vehicle sales experience background is required
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales budgets
  • The ability to use a variety of selling techniques
  • A desire to push yourself to achieve
  • Be a natural born salesperson
  • QLD Motor Sales Licence is also highly desired
