My client in Rockhampton is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Service Manager to join their team. In this key role, you'll assist with the smooth running of the service department, ensuring operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the role:
  • Support the Service Manager with daily department operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team, managing workflow and service delivery.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Monitor department performance and ensure compliance with policies.
