Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Stock Controller to join their team. Be part of a tight-knit team!
What you will be doing:

- Stock swaps within the dealer networks.
- Sourcing vehicles to fill Vehicle Purchase Contracts.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery process with Sales Consultants in conjunction with Pre-Delivery and the Sales Management teams.
- Relief registrations when needed
- Building & maintaining relationships with external franchisees and the brand dealer network.
- Ensuring efficient movement of vehicles into stock and expedite delivery to customers.
- Previous stock control experience in a vehicle dealership is essential.
- Previous registration experience.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Knowledge of TUNE, SAP, Auto Reg - highly desirable.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks.
