Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations, ensuring efficiency in both the retail and mechanical sides of the business.
- Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and high productivity levels.
- Interact directly with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with their needs.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering parts, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and products.
- Ensure the store meets its targets for service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day team activities, including training, performance management, and workflow coordination.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, ideally from a tyre or mechanical shop background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, paired with exceptional customer interaction and people management skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Competitive salary which is negotiable dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings when required.
