Our client is looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead and manage their busy workshop and retail operations. With a growing team and an expanding customer base, they need a proactive, customer-focused leader to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll be joining a well-established team, and additional team members as they continue to grow. If you have a solid background in tyre and mechanical services and are ready to take charge of the store’s success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all store operations, ensuring efficiency in both the retail and mechanical sides of the business.
  • Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and high productivity levels.
  • Interact directly with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with their needs.
  • Oversee stock levels, ordering parts, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and products.
  • Ensure the store meets its targets for service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle day-to-day team activities, including training, performance management, and workflow coordination.
About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, ideally from a tyre or mechanical shop background.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, paired with exceptional customer interaction and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
