My client is well-established and part of a large dealer group. The business is looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle professional to oversee the Sales Department for Daimler Trucks. You will be a Selling Brand Manager who will focus on building solid relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Other responsibilities of the role:
- Promoting the product and offering solutions suitable to customers in purchasing a major investment.
- Monitor & manage brand performance.
- Delivery training and assist internal staff on product, customer needs.
- Track performance, build on existing strategies for results.
- Strong negotiating abilities to generate departmental profit, ongoing growth through parts and service, return, referred business.
- Proven experience in leading a team within automotive, preferably heavy vehicle sector.
- Knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle industry
- Solid communication, negotiation skills
- You can work solo or in a team and can multi-task.
