We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation based in Perth, WA. This is a full-time role with responsibility for generating new strategic business relationships while nurturing existing partnerships to drive sales growth across a range of specialist products and services.

About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads within your designated territory
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to shape and implement strategy
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales activity and pipeline
  • Ensure all sales administration and compliance requirements are met
What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who brings:
  • A proven track record in new business development, ideally within the automotive, industrial, or mining sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and sales-closing ability
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a history of achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia as required
