Based in Melbourne, our client specialises in sourcing and purchasing prestige and mainstream vehicles directly from private sellers – and they are growing fast.

They’re on the lookout for an experienced Car Buying Consultant to join their dynamic, professional team. With strong marketing, great systems, and a consistent flow of leads, this is your chance to thrive in a high-volume, commission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Buy a wide range of vehicles – prestige, mainstream franchise
• Manage inbound leads, appraise vehicles, and negotiate deals
• Use tools like Sugar CRM and Eval Expert (they’ll train you!)
• Deliver a seamless, professional experience to every customer

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year automotive or car buying/sales experience
• Confidence with negotiation, rapport-building, and closing deals
• A self-driven, target-focused mindset – with a customer-first attitude

The Offer

• Base salary is negotiable
• OTE: $120–$200K+ per year
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekend work
