Three positions are available and include:
Parts Interpreter
This role will provide customer service support to the dealer network regarding technical parts enquiries. This will include parts availability, tracking of orders, order amendments, shipping timelines etc.

Parts Analyst
Reporting to the National Parts Operations Manager, this role will ensure that parts are ready and available for new vehicle models and or updated components. Prepare recommended stock lists for dealerships as well as parts distribution centres and assist with customer enquiries.

Parts Master Data and Pricing Officer
Monitor and maintain item data and pricing records within a master data file. Assess price variation impact on the business, as well as price competitiveness in the market. Pricing of newly created and updated parts in line with marketplace competitiveness. Ensuring profit margins on new and updated parts are maintained within predefined business targets.
