We invite you to consider the role of Finance & Insurance Manager for our client who belongs to a large automotive group.
Employing a staff of over 2000 across dealerships throughout Australia and New Zealand this group focus on protecting their people; providing support in terms of training, leave, work-life balance, team spirit and growth opportunities.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales Department, you will assist their clients with finance & insurance options as they embark on purchasing their new or pre-owned vehicle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and boost your earning potential!
- Build solid relationships with the Sales Department as you team up to provide the optimum in customer service.
- Build profitability within the Finance Department
- Gain trust and confidence from the customer as you work to ensure compliance when quoting, submitting and settling both finance applications and insurance policies.
An enthusiastic, motivated individual with proven experience in automotive finance
- Current Tier 2 Certifications and Financier Accreditation
- Accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism
- Process driven with excellent time management, effective communication & people skills.
- A great Team Leader who will encourage, motivate and work to achieve results!
