Are you a dynamic service leader ready to take the reins of a complex, high-growth dealership group? Based in Darwin, this is your opportunity to lead a service operation that spans 12+ brands, three workshops, and a rapidly evolving business structure.

You’ll step into a General Service Manager role that demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on capability. The business has expanded quickly and now needs someone to provide direction, discipline, and development across the service teams. You’ll be supporting three service managers, working alongside the PD and parts departments, and reporting directly to the senior leadership team.

With strong systems in place and major growth already underway, this is a role where you can truly make your mark. Whether it’s improving RO flow, driving customer experience, or lifting training and process standards, your impact will be visible – and rewarded.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Proven success as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager
  • Experience in multi-franchise or high-volume operations
  • A leadership style that’s confident, respectful, and hands-on
  • Willingness to relocate and be part of the Darwin lifestyle
While the base salary is flexible, top performers can expect OTE potential well into the $180K–$200K range. Relocation assistance will be offered to the right candidate.
