Our client is a leading supplier of tyre, wheel and axle solutions to the mining, construction and agriculture industries across Australia. 
 
They are seeking a motivated individual to join their existing sales team of internal sales and customer account managers.

Your role will be to handle incoming leads, process orders, support the customer account managers, general administration and to assist the customers through the sales process. 

Career progression pathways are on offer and a willingness to progress will be highly regarded.
 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Superior customer service skills 
  • Customer centric focus with end to end sales capability, including raising invoices and processing sales orders
  • Heightened listening skills to deliver the right product and service for individual customer requirements
  • Attention to detail with general administration duties
  • Passion for customer service and driving business outcomes utilising your knowledge, skills, and experience accompanied by a level of savvy and gut instinct
  • Previous experience in the agricultural market or spare parts interpreting will be advantageous
