Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about available vehicles and financing options
- Facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including paperwork and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A valid driver’s license
