Operations / Branch Manager (AC7514)

This multiple award-winning dealership is looking to appoint two Operations Managers (Branch Managers) for sites in rural northern NSW. 

You will be joining an industry leader, who is committed to providing a rewarding, positive environment for staff, whilst creating a positive impact in the PMA's they operate in. 

This business is going from strength to strength and has an immediate need for experienced managers to take the reins of two of their busy NSW dealerships. Working closely with the senior management team and reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will extend over the day-to-day operations of the branch, drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the business and its goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing people and will be passionate about customer service. You will be supported in your endeavors with assistance from the groups regional Sales, Service and Parts Managers, but it will be your responsibility to command local branch activities and performance.
