Our client, a highly regarded family-owned dealership located in the heart of Biloela, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Interpreter to join their expanding team. Due to continued business growth, this permanent full-time role has opened up and offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday with flexibility in hours for the right candidate.
🌟 About the Role: As the Parts Interpreter, you'll be an integral part of the dealership's Parts department, providing essential support to both the service team and valued customers.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source correct automotive parts and components
- Consult parts catalogues and databases
- Provide parts advice and technical support to customers
- Process orders, prepare invoices, and manage dispatch
- Handle incoming goods and maintain accurate stock control
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar parts role
- Previous dealership experience is essential
- 4x4 product knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Computer literate with attention to detail
- Manual driver’s licence
