Representing a portfolio of well-known automotive brands, this dealership group is renowned for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to step into a fast-paced and award-winning Parts Department, supporting internal workshops, wholesale and retail parts sales, and a loyal customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately source and supply automotive parts to the Service Department
- Manage back-orders and ensure inventory accuracy
- Provide expert parts interpretation across multiple vehicle brands
- Pick and pack service orders efficiently and correctly
- Handle wholesale and retail counter sales, as well as phone-based enquiries
- Perform stock control duties and process invoices
- Maintain a clean and organized parts environment
- Collaborate effectively with workshop technicians and other departments
