This is a crucial role, ideally suited to a candidate with extensive commercial experience. If you have several years behind you in a similar role, coupled with passion, drive, and enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere with lots of customer interaction, this role will tick all the boxes!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and where possible grow relationships within the dealer network
- Surpass parts sales goals to maximise department profitability
- Maintain a presence in the dealer network through regular on-site visits
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales through cross-selling and pipeline enhancement
- Be a sounding board for dealer parts enquiries and concerns
- Prior commercial dealership experience
- Ability to maintain composure & work under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High standard of both written and verbal communication
- Comfortable directing and executing a proven sales growth strategy
