A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join a high performing team. 2 roles are available in the Sydney area. These roles will give you the opportunity to join growing sites, in an actively selling management role.
These sites are part of a larger network, with dealerships Australia wide. They have been in operation for over 100 years.
My client is looking for a candidate who is process-driven and believes that customer service is key in all aspects of vehicle sales. In this role you will be on the floor, working with customers daily. You will lead your team, by example, while also mentoring and supporting your sales team, to help them achieve and surpass all KPI’s. You will be supported by a fantastic administration team, so that you can focus on ensuring the department achieves fantastic results, both now and in the future.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a proven track record of pre-owned vehicle sales
- Hold an open manual drivers licence
- Be process-driven
- Have the ability to lead by example
- Thrive and enjoy working under pressure and achieving targets
- Have full working rights
- Follow the site’s sales procedures, and ensure your team does too
