Our client, a leader in their industry, is expanding rapidly in southeast of Melbourne and is seeking an experienced Service Manager to guide their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a critical leadership role at a time of significant growth and transformation.

In this role, you will lead the service department with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency. You’ll oversee the daily operations, develop and implement mobile service programs, and ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality. Your strategic vision will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining service processes, and optimizing performance across the board.

To be successful, you’ll need at least 5 years of senior management experience within a service workshop, ideally in vehicle service or a related field. Your leadership skills, combined with a track record of growing and managing successful operations, will be essential in driving the company’s continued success.

In return for your expertise, you’ll receive a competitive salary ranging in the mid to high $100,000 & other perks that can be discussed and negotiated. The role also offers a 9-day fortnight, giving you every second Friday off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, employee discounts are available and increase with years of service.
