This role would suit a current passenger or recreational vehicle Sales Consultant, looking to join a group that will help nurture your career progression.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by ensuring customer needs are understood and met throughout the sales process.
- Assist the Branch to meet its overall sales target.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow up activity
- Ensure that all sales documentation and customer communications are accurate in both content and price
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of sales reporting and other administrative tasks
- Previous experience and success in a sales environment.
- Well organised, able to meet deadlines and competent in the use of business-related technology and systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive dynamics.
- Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written and listening.
- Goal orientated, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions.
- Able to build constructive relationship across multiple stakeholders
