My client is a smaller, but successful dealership, part of a larger group, with sites around Australia. They are seeking a proven, results driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, based in the coastal town of Rockhampton, QLD.

Rockhampton is a large and prosperous city, which is known as the unofficial capital of central Queensland. The “Beef” city is a booming, modern throwback to the heydays of QLD’s colonial past. With plenty of places to keep the family occupied, with a newly developed Riverbank Precinct, Botanic Gardens and Zoo, playgrounds and water play area. When the sun sets, you are also presented with some of the best steakhouses, restaurants, pubs and cocktails to enjoy the entire day.

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven track record of leading teams, to exceed their targets. You will bring new and exciting strategies and ideas to the sales team, to improve results. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Dealer Principal. This role requires a driven Sales Manager to ensure the team can improve their results and exceed targets.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Drive revenue by creating and executing sales strategies
