Key Responsibilities:
- Minor checks, maybe alignments
- Liaise with customers to provide accurate information and exceptional service
- Assist the workshop team with daily tasks and support when needed
- Proficient in wheel alignments beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to learn
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule
