Kelle joined us in 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant and has over 15 years’ experience in Dealership Administration. Starting out as a Service Receptionist at Armstrong Holden in Woolloongabba, where she also met her husband. As the years followed, Kelle conquered more administrative roles including accounts, deal processing, stock control and registrations. A very rare opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to join a luxury brand located in Southport on the Gold Coast.
 
With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, they seek the services of a proactive individual, passionate about the luxury automotive industry. 
As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. 

Duties will include
  • Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld. 
  • Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer 
  • Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing 
About you
  • Customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work well within a small team. 
  • Honest and reliable 
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure. 
  • Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement. 
  • Impeccable presentation
