My client operates a dealership, that is part of a larger, privately owned group. They are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their dealership on the Sunshine Coast.

This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor, that is looking to take the next step up in their automotive career. While still handling Service Advising activities, you will be assisting the Service Manager, in the day to day running of the service department.

Role Requirements:
  • Attend to Service customers, delivering prompt, professional service
  • Liaise between the customer and the workshop to provide full information with regards to the servicing of motor vehicles
  • Maintain constant communication between the front counter and workshop supervisors on the process of repairs
  • Convey all customer requirement and concerns to the workshop accurately
  • Managing the daily on flow of repair orders and invoicing
  • Possess the ability to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements
  • Support the Service Manager in the daily operations of the department
  To be considered for this role you must have:  
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position.
  • A strong mechanical knowledge/background
  • Demonstrate outstanding time management skills
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Be highly focused on customer satisfaction
  • Hold an open manual drivers licence
