A large multi-franchised dealer in Mackay is looking for an Service Manager to run the front operations of their Service Department. This company is long established and family owned, has a priority for not only customer service but growth and development of its' staff. This is the perfect opportunity for a Service Manager wanting to move to a lifestyle location, or step up into a larger role.

This role will see you leading a large team, supported by multiple Workshop Managers and featuring 10 frontline Service Advisor, plus a number of additional support staff. The department performs around 90 retail ro's per day and will report directly to the Dealer Principal. 

Mackay is a lush, tropical region that has an abundance of natural attractions consisting of national parks, gorges, the Great Barrier Reef, tropical islands and unspoilt beaches. The area also offers modern facilities and is the gateway to some of Australia's best boating and sailing destinations.

On offer is a generous retainer of c$130,000 plus uncapped incentives, as well as company vehicle.
