About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and have a seamless experience throughout their visit. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure every customer is well-informed and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service bookings
- Provide quotes, updates, and information on vehicle services and repairs
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure timely, efficient service
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Process orders, warranties, and payments
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ideally familiar with ERA systems (though training will be provided if not)
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
