My client proudly stocks new and used caravans, including top brands. Due to high demand and consistent work across service, repairs, and accessories fitting, they are expanding their team and need a few more experienced Service Advisors on site.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and service to our customers
- Coordinate and communicate efficiently regarding repair orders
- Assist with the booking of services, repairs, and warranty work

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or service advisory role (preferably in the automotive, RV, or caravan industries)
