You will be working closely with the Service Manager and be focused on managing and exceeding the customers’ expectations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints
- Providing the best customer experience
- Being proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referrals
- Following up and responding to CRM Telemarketing
- Achieving retail gross $’s as per daily target
- Completing all paperwork to the highest standard
- Ensuring the workshop is booked to 100% daily
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience as a Service Advisor
- Be professional and well presented
- Good PC Skills
- Valid manual licence
- Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment
