Our client is a leading heavy vehicle operation with multiple sites in Australia. An opening has become available for the Service Manager position within their busy Darwin operation.

This role requires a Service Manager who is comfortable across all aspects of service management, including but not limited to productivity, efficiency, planning, budgeting, upsell, training, customer satisfaction and more. The department's daily activities are mostly retail, with a bit of warranty thrown in. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have exposure to heavy vehicle operations, be equally versed in customer interaction, as well as being capable of driving process and procedural improvement. Applications from associated industries are however welcome.
