The Opportunity

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a thriving service department with long standing staff and high volume numbers. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, inspire a capable and stable team, and drive efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a strong team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop staff.
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
About You
  • Proven leadership experience within a busy automotive service department.
  • Multi-franchise dealership experience is highly regarded.
  • Passionate about customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to lead by example with a “team-first” mindset.
