In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a thriving service department with long standing staff and high volume numbers. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, inspire a capable and stable team, and drive efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a strong team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop staff.
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Foster positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Proven leadership experience within a busy automotive service department.
- Multi-franchise dealership experience is highly regarded.
- Passionate about customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to lead by example with a “team-first” mindset.
