An exciting opportunity has become available for an assistant Service Manager wanting to step up or experienced Service Manager for a brand-new EV service department located in Southport on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee a service team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure efficient and timely repair services, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and innovations.
- Monitor service department performance, managing key metrics, and ensuring profitability.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and emerging automotive technologies is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
