An exciting opportunity has become available for an assistant Service Manager wanting to step up or experienced Service Manager for a brand-new EV service department located in Southport on the Gold Coast. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee a service team, providing training, coaching, and performance management. 
  • Ensure efficient and timely repair services, maintaining high-quality standards. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer experience. 
  • Handle customer concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and innovations. 
  • Monitor service department performance, managing key metrics, and ensuring profitability. 
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably in the automotive industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and emerging automotive technologies is a plus. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. 
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
