Jackie joined us in 2018 and holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources. Jackie spent 11 years with Brisbane Isuzu, focusing on recruitment, induction, payroll, and accounting. Jackie has also held a number of administration and accounting-focused roles with other dealerships in South East Queensland, including almost 12 years with Sunco Motors and 2.5 years with Honeycombes. Jackie recruits positions of all levels, but has a particular strength in positions involving heavy vehicles.

An excellent opportunity to start 2025 off. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established group in a well-known and popular Brisbane suburb located a short drive from the CBD.
 
The Role

Take control and drive the Service Team forward by ensuring you run an operation that functions well and delivers professional service to the customer. As Service Manager you would exhibit high efficiency and effectiveness and be aiming to achieve impressive results both in customer satisfaction and profitability.

We are looking for an applicant with plenty of drive, enthusiasm, and adaptability. One who is keen to build and maintain good relationships with both customers and staff. 

The Company

A large automotive group employing nearly two thousand staff across several dealerships throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.  Offering sales in prestige and luxury automotive brands coupled by aftersales service and parts facilities.

Responsibilities & Competences
  • Leadership & technical experience in a similar role - dealership or workshop
  • Strong customer service focus – addressing inquiries, resolving issues, build relationships.
  • The ability to successfully drive your departments income whilst monitoring the budget.
  • Devise strategies to get the best out of driving the business. 
  • An initiative-taking approach to managing challenges.
  • Quick to grab hold of Dealer Management Systems
  • Workplace Health and Safety adherence
  • Versatile with computer programs, IT systems.
  • Drive and develop your team’s abilities.
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
