They are seeking a dynamic and versatile Front of House Person. This role is an all-rounder position, combining customer service, parts interpreting, and acting as the 2IC to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service, including handling calls and emails.
- Parts interpreting and managing invoicing.
- Checking in with customers and conducting follow-ups.
- Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.
- Experience in customer service and parts interpreting is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Pronto system is a plus, with in-house training available.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
