The ideal background and experience for this position includes:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive service operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
- A qualification in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (optional but preferred).
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, service advisors, and other staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to handle complex situations, including resolving customer complaints and addressing operational challenges.
- Experience with driving revenue growth, achieving KPIs, and managing budgets.
