Are you a fully qualified Automotive Technician looking to work with a prestige brand in Gunnedah? Our client is seeking qualified and hardworking Automotive Technicians for their long standing dealership.

To be considered for this role, you must have strong experience in mechanics, with dealership experience highly desired. You will be joining a highly reputable dealership group that has been in operation for over 80 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice about the mechanical condition of vehicles
• Ability to think on your feet
• Logbook Servicing, minor and major repairs, warranty repairs and pre-delivery inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with a variety of vehicles
• Working closely with Technical Field Managers on complex problems
• Providing guidance to apprentice technicians
• Test driving & conducting quality assurance inspections
• Provided quality customer service
• Be committed to workshop safety

About the candidate: 

• Minimum Certificate III in Automotive (LV)
• Previous dealership experience
• Manual Drivers License
• Full Australian working rights
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
• Good personal presentation
• Good communication skills  

In return you will be rewarded with a good hourly rate, that is negotiable dependent on experience.
