Our Client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Vehicle Clerk to join their team in Mentone. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient deal processing activities, for their multi-franchised dealership.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process deals for the dealership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, finance department, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of all deal-related tasks.
  • Accurately calculate and document financial and contractual information for each deal, including vehicle sales, trade-ins, financing, and extended warranties.
  • Review and verify all deal documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service while interacting with customers, and addressing any queries or concerns related to the deal process.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in deal processing within the automotive industry is highly desired.
  • Solid understanding of automotive finance and leasing options, as well as relevant legal and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using automotive dealership management systems and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
Benefits:
