An established workshop in Tweed Heads is looking for a Senior Salesperson to join their growing team. As a Senior Salesperson, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, liaising with customers, and providing expert advice on services such as yres, wheels and light mechanical work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling face-to-face, phone, and email communications with customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and guidance.
• Handling quotes, sales records, and bookings while staying on top of inventory and customer accounts.
• Fostering a positive atmosphere with customers and your team, helping drive sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years in a similar role (automotive sales or dealership experience).
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively. You must be personable, well-spoken, and able to lead by example.
• Availability for a rotating Saturday shift (8am to 12pm) every fortnight.
• Tech savvy, training to utilise their system will be provided.
