Starting out as a Service Receptionist at Armstrong Holden in Woolloongabba, where she also met her husband. As the years followed, Kelle conquered more administrative roles including accounts, deal processing, stock control and registrations. Experienced Workshop Controller required for a well-known brand located in Southport on the Gold Coast. A rare opportunity exists to join a long established Service team of professionals. 

This important role is an integral part of the Management team within Service Department, and is also supported by their Technical Advisors, Workshop Diagnostic team and Quality Control officer.

Your duties would include:
  • supervising a Team of qualified Technicians, Apprentices and Detailers daily.
  • programming daily jobs.
  • allocate jobs to staff accordingly to their demonstrated skill level.
  • manage the skills growth of all productive staff via a skills matrix.
  • motivate, measure performance and train staff to achieve best results.
  • focus team on achieving high efficiency, successful diagnosis and on time delivery.
  • maintain workshop compliance to Toyota high standards of discipline and process.
A successful applicant would have :
  • recent experience in a similar role in a high-volume Dealership.
  • previous experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage.
  • the ability to communicate and manage a large team to achieve their very best results.
  • excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • proactive decision making.
  • customer centric and be totally committed to achieving results.
  • the ability to have fun and create a positive work environment without compromising discipline.
  • a high level of Technical ability.
  • excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
The successful applicant must be an Australian permanent resident and have a current Australian driver licence.
