Are you a 4WD or Off-Roading enthusiast? Passionate about the outdoors and vehicle capabilities…. Making sure your client’s car is capable, reliable, and will get them where they need to go every time! They have a great role for a Workshop Foreman based at their Brisbane northside workshop.
Our client is a large International and well-known 4x4 specialist with sites Australia wide and overseas. Due to high demand and unprecedented growth our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman! This position will give you the opportunity to work for a company that looks after their employees and has a modern, well-equipped workshop, with experienced staff.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to hit the ground running and will have experience in leading a team, from either a 4wd or Mechanical workshop. You will have the ability to motivate your team, to complete work on time, to a high standard. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality work is produced and presented to clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in managing a workshop
- Having a passion and knowledge of the 4wd industry is desired, but not essential
- Strong and effective communication skills
- A commitment to workshop safety
- Quality Control Skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Mechanical knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid manual drivers licence
