An excellent opportunity has been presented for a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead a small team for an independent workshop based on the Sunshine Coast. This business is privately owned & operated and provides quality service at affordable prices. Their workshop offers their customers extensive service to all makes and models including 4WD’s.
You will be based on the floor actively involved in overseeing the workmanship of your technicians.

- Able to deliver strong leadership with a positive attitude and outlook
- Prior experience as a Workshop Manager/Controller
- Have health and safety high on your priority list
- Aim for high customer satisfaction
- Possess the ability to build a strong team environment
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience with overseeing technicians’ productivity, efficiency
