The Brisbane office will be closed from the week of the 24th through to the 28th of December.
2018 was another busy year for AUTOrecruit, as we continued to look at new ways to interact with our current candidates, whilst also investigating new mediums for targeting “passive” candidates through various social media channels. We continue to monitor technological changes, so that we can continue to streamline our operations, allowing us to target candidates with the background you want, in as short a time as possible. So far this year we have:
- Received 7,874 applications
- Interviewed 1,985 candidates for just under 250 vacancies
- Almost 800 candidates submitted to clients for consideration
- Hired a dedicated mechanical recruiter to focus purely on workshop positions
Other major events this year included Geoff Fowler finally retiring (officially), with AUTOrecruit now under the sold direction of Chris Fowler. We said goodbye and good luck to Gia Hunt, who after 3 years with us moved on to a new adventure in the airlines, and also to Kelly Mclean, who also after 3 years moved to a new position at the Brisbane airport.
