A rare opening has emerged for an experienced Business Manager to step into a high-performing seat at a well-established dealership in Inner North Brisbane.

Covering both new and used vehicles, you’ll see around 70 retail deals per month in a process-driven environment. Finance penetration sits comfortably in the 40–50% range, with a commission structure built to reward performance.

What’s on offer?
  • $65K base salary + car or car allowance
  • Commission paid on penetration, NAF, and add-on products
  • OTE around $180K for high performers
You’ll be backed by a strong, consistent team where finance success is embedded in the culture — from sales consultants to management. This full-time role includes Saturdays, and the dealership is keen to move quickly.
