The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Self-motivated and financially driven.
- Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.
- The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.
- Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
- Confident computer skills.
- Era and FinanceConnect / LeadDriver experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.
- Achieving targets and KPI’s in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to dealership clients.
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.
- Accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
