As the Dealership Manager, you will play an integral part in this high performing team. The role reports to the General Sales Manager and is an amazing opportunity to develop your career.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Overall management of the Slacks Creek Dealership
- Leading the sales team from the front and provide training and support
- Ensuring that our proven sales process is followed at all times
- Maintaining employee and client relationships
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets
- Adherence to and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager/General Manager in the automotive industry or similar will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record and ability to meet sales targets.
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication every time
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent management skills
- Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well presented.
- Current QLD Driver’s License
- Working Saturdays is a must
