Our client operates a well-established major-franchise dealership, which is seeking an experienced Service Manager for their busy Sunshine Coast site.
In this role you will be responsible for improving and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, ensuring the viability and profitability of the Service Department, with particular focus on customer satisfaction & retention. You must be able to complete these tasks whilst keeping the excellent rapport between staff at this site.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach the service team
- Exceptional follow-up and organisational Skills
- Ability to comply with manufacturer procedures
- Problem solving skills
- Trade qualified will be seen as an advantage, but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Experience in driving business growth
- Experience in meeting and exceeding targets
- Must have full Australian working rights
