We’re recruiting for a Used Car Sales Manager to lead operations across multiple sites for a major metro dealership. With over 100 used cars sold each month, this role demands sharp leadership, strong retail processes, and the ability to turn stock quickly and profitably.
You’ll have the freedom to drive performance — managing everything from pricing and purchasing to presentation and team leadership. Stock is consistent and primarily sourced internally, allowing you to focus on retail readiness and margin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee used car operations across multiple high-traffic Brisbane locations
- Lead decisions on purchasing, pricing, and reconditioning
- Manage presentation, team performance, and retail execution
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain strong stock flow
