Over the last few months, we have been actively engaged in talks with automotive recruiters based in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States, with the goal of developing an international pipeline of candidates, who are looking to move to or work in Australia.
Whilst the Coronavirus has thrown a spanner in the works in terms of international travel, we are never the less pleased to announce that these discussions have gone very well and that we hope to be able to more easily source, specialist level staff, predominantly for technical based role.
Uncovering experienced Technicians with relevant brand experience is often one of the more difficult roles that we encounter. This is particularly the case when it comes to identifying candidates with high-level expertise with marques like Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and the like.
We have also identified a suitable pathway, to bring these types of candidates to Australia quickly, without having to first jump through the additional hoops and costs associated with visas.
