Earlier this week we received an email announcing that we have made it onto the shortlist for the 2014 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards in the category of Excellence in Candidate Management. We take pride in the way that we take care of our candidates, and we feel that our team looks after of our candidates beyond their expectations, so we are very excited to share this news. We are looking forward to celebrating at the awards ceremony in Sydney on Thursday November 13, 2014.
The category ‘Excellence in Candidate Management’ covered a number of areas including;

- Communication
- Candidate process and experience
- Data management
- Best practice and engagement
Since 2002 the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards have celebrated the best recruiters in the industry as judged by the nation’s jobseekers. In 2014, the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards will recognise best practice within the recruitment sector; allowing recruitment agencies to showcase leadership and innovation to their clients and candidates. The awards will recognise recruitment excellence in four key categories; Recruitment Agency of the Year, Recruitment Leader of the Year, Most Innovative Use of Insights and Excellence in Candidate Management. We are up against three other agencies in our category, so wish us luck!
